As previously announced, the Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation Summit will take place in Amsterdam on 21 and 22 January 2025, with the UPC Litigation Forum taking place on 20 January.

According to the organizers, this is Europe’s premier event for patent litigation professionals. Over 450 industry experts are expected to gather for a deep dive deep into the most pressing challenges and innovations in contentious IP law.
